The basic principle that governs evidence in International and Internal criminal evidence is the principle of judicial conviction relation to any evidence. This principle can only be achieved by certain means within specific controls, among these means is the measurement and customary in devising the judicial presumption to complete any evidence to complete deficiency. The criminal judge may use the aforementioned means to achieve criminal justice, the principle of achieving right, putting things in perspective, Criminals do not go unpunished, innocent is not condemned, resolving cases as soon as possible, and achieving the principle of fair and just judiciary, which the judges seek internally and internationally
