This research aims to understand the nature of the relationship and influence between entrepreneurial behavior, represented by its dimensions (proactivity, creativity, strategic vision, opportunity capitalization, and risk tolerance), and organizational excellence, represented by its dimensions (strategic planning, customer focus, information analysis, process focus, and business results), from the perspective of a sample of faculty members in private universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The research framework is defined by the research problem, which poses a key question about the nature of the relationship and influence between the two variables. The research adopted a hypothetical framework to express the logical relationships, and based on this framework, two hypotheses were formulated. These hypotheses were then subjected to a series of tests and statistical analyses using the SPSS version 25 statistical software. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, describing the main and sub-variables and analyzing the relationships and influences. The research population consisted of all members of the college councils in private universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, totaling 320 members according to data from the Directorate of Special Studies at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Of these, 290 members were selected to represent the research sample. The research yielded a number of field conclusions, most notably the existence of a relationship and influence of the dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior on achieving organizational excellence. Based on these conclusions, the research recommends that college council members focus on maintaining high levels of the variables under investigation, as well as leveraging the strong relationships among themselves to support areas of organizational excellence.
