The Role of Inspirational Leadership in Boosting Organizational Energy

The current study aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of each of the study variables, represented by both inspirational leadership (as an explanatory variable) and organizational energy (as a responding variable) in the presidency of Salahaddin University, Erbil, from the point of view of a sample of workers. The relationship and influence between them were tested. In order to test the study hypotheses, the study was applied to a random sample of workers in the university presidency in order to obtain the required information through the (questionnaire) tool that was adopted for this purpose. The study community was limited to workers, numbering (240) individuals. The researchers distributed (165) forms, and (153) valid forms were retrieved for statistical analysis, which represents the study sample. The study used a set of statistical tools and methods in order to reach the results related to it by relying on statistical programs (SPSS.V.26). The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation and influence between inspirational leadership and organizational energy according to the macro and micro levels. Based on these conclusions, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the necessity of designing a system to evaluate employee performance that focuses on individual and collective achievements based on measurable standards to determine levels of achievement at work, including performance rewards and appreciation awards.
