Powers to Conclude International Treaties in the Constitutions of Federal States
Abstract
The issue of the powers to conclude international treaties in the constitutions of federal states is an important issue in terms of the powers that the constitution gives them the power to conclude international treaties and agreements. International legal responsibility in case of violation. And the rules of public international law have left the constitutions of states the authority to final ratify compliance with the treaty. Thus, the federal constitution in the federal state has an important role in determining the nature of the international character of the federal state and its components. When competencies are distributed between the central government and the components of the federation.
